Design

  • With the defined project brief, design plan/scope of work, determined financial investment, and completed interior design questionnaire we form the aesthetic direction for the project.

This is what designers call the Concept.

The Concept is expressed and presented through visual images portraying the mood, feeling, look, aesthetic, etc. on a Concept Board. This becomes the driving force for the decisions to come.

  • Inspired by the Concept and the Programming, the design scheme is curated and presented through unified visual images of all details involved within the project.

  • Creating 2D & 3D drawings and collecting material samples that express the design scheme and proposed specifications in the actual context for understanding and execution.

  • Next step is having all specifications selected and documented on sheets within the ID Specifications Package.
